You all may know by now that s'mores anything is pretty much my favorite. And if you didn't know that, then I'll just say that I love s'mores with a passion. These little treats were the perfect way for Matt and I to end our anniversary celebration this past weekend. So much delicious in one little cup. I would recommend these about 473923591% to anyone! With layers and layers of delicious brownie, pudding, graham cracker, and whipped topping what's not to love?
1 box brownie mix or favorite brownie recipe
1 large box or 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 sleeve graham crackers, broken into pieces
1 tub whipped topping
1 small jar marshmallow cream
Hershey's bar (optional but yummy!)
I decided to make a smaller version than the original recipe since we didn't need an entire trifle bowl, but I'm posting the original recipe! Feel free to make a smaller version like I did!
Bake the brownies according to box directions or your own recipe and after they cool, cut them into chunks. Make the pudding according the the box directions and break up the graham crackers into pieces. Mix together half the whipped topping and half the marshmallow cream in a separate bowl. Now you're all ready to layer up!
Place a layer of brownies in the bottom of the trifle bowl, then add a layer of pudding on top of that. Add a layer of the crushed graham crackers, then a layer with the whipped topping/marshmallow cream. Repeat all these layers once more before ending with the whip/marshmallow cream.
On top I sprinkled some more graham cracker crumbs, pieces of Hershey's bar, and some mini marshmallows broiled in the oven. That added such a cute and tasty touch to the whole thing!
