another change in plans

You know I said yesterday that Matt and I didn't want to jump into a trip? We may have lied a little. Not really, but we found the most amazing deal and had to take it. The point was we don't want to have to go super far and pay a lot for somewhere to stay at the last minute, and we did neither of those things.

I am currently laying in bed in our cozy and adorable two bedroom cabin- don't worry, I'm alone in here. We made sure to get two bedrooms because we don't believe that we should be sharing a bed alone before marriage, even if we know nothing is going to happen. It'll just make marriage all the more sweet for us.

Aaaaaanyways, we are in complete bliss here. We're only a 3 hour drive from home, got a great deal on this cabin, and the cabin itself? It's perfect. It's like the owners thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay all that it could be. There is a hot tub, you guys! And so many other great little things that I can't wait to share with you all.

I am so blessed here, y'all. God is good. He provides. And He always knows the better plan for us, no matter what trip or event we've concocted on our own. He proves Himself again and again. This trip has been an even better blessing than Niagara Falls, I think.

I am SO thankful for all your kind words on my post yesterday. I was upset and frustrated and just completely bummed but every one of you uplifted me so so much! So once again, thank you all! I love you ladies.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to spend an amazing day with my love and enjoy our complimentary cinnamon rolls. Did I mention they gave us free cinnamon rolls? Yeah. We're in paradise.
